About Engage Russia

St. Basil's Cathedral - Moscow, Russia.
What is Engage Russia?
Engage Russia is reaching priority cities and people groups with the Good News of Jesus Christ.
God is at work in each of these places, and among each of these peoples, and is looking for us to join Him in the work.
We are looking for prayer partners, volunteers and ministry partners to join us as we Engage Russia with the Gospel.
This site will help you explore the different priority cities and people groups, as well as download videos and different print materials that will allow you to host an Engage Russia campaign for your church or group.
For more information about how you can Engage Russia, send an email to: TellMeMore@EngageRussia.org

I’m Marc Hooks and am the Co-architect, Producer and Host for Engage Russia. My wife Kellye, and our three children, Sarah Beth, Hannah, & John, have served with the IMB since August 2007 and live in Moscow. Kellye also teaches English to missionary kids and to native Russian speakers.
In my former life I worked in all forms of communications, including radio, television, newspaper, and public/corporate relations. Now, I am using my background to develop a comprehensive strategy for helping IMB field missionaries, churches and volunteers from around the world partner together to Engage the people of Russia so they might hear the good news of Jesus Christ.
My email address is: marc@engagerussia.org.

Johann Dyck
My name is Johann Dyck, and I am the Web developer for Engage Russia.
I live and work in Prague, Czech Republic with the IMB. My wife, Stacy, and I arrived on the field in October 2007 with our sons, Jack and Lucas.
My background is graphic design, in which I have a degree from the (recently renamed) University of Central Missouri. I’ve been working with web sites since about 2004, when I started to teach myself the basics of web coding. My desire is to help missionaries communicate with supporting churches who have sent and support them.
Joining this project has been really fun for me. I’m excited to be a part of this great effort and pray that you, the readers, become excited about spreading the Good News throughout Russia. If you’d like, you can drop me a message at johann@engagerussia.org.
